Mountain hut situated at 1,000 meters in Innerlaterns in the province of Vorarlberg in Austria. Perfect for relaxing in peace and enjoying nature. Nevertheless, the surrounding infrastructure offers additional comfort. The romantic hut is located right next to the Laterns / Gapfohl family ski area with 27 kilometers of pistes and a 4-kilometer-long natural toboggan run, a winter hiking trail and 150 meters as the crow flies from the Jufa Hotel Laterns (restaurant, indoor playground). The hut can only be reached on foot via a mountain meadow. A private parking lot is available opposite the Jufa Hotel for the duration of your stay. Heating by means of a large wood-burning tiled stove and infrared heating panels. Sufficient firewood is available. Towels, bed linen, tea towels and toilet paper are provided. A Nespresso capsule machine is available. If desired, please bring your own capsules. Access to the house by car is not permitted.

In a quiet location on a mountain meadow, the mountain hut is surrounded by a natural meadow with an impressive variety of plants. It is possible to observe wild animals such as eagles and roe deer jumping right past the hut all year round. The Laternsertal valley is crossed by the Frutz river, which flows westwards towards the Rhine, and is a classic alpine valley. To the north lies the Freschen group (Hoher Freschen 2004 m, Matona 1997 m, Gerenfalben 1938 m) of the Bregenzerwald mountains, to the south the Walser ridge (Löffelspitze 1962 m). A road connection to the Bregenzerwald (Damüls) is possible in summer via the Furkajoch. Varied hikes are possible in both the Laternsertal and the Bregenzerwald in the warmer months.
