There is a kitchenette equipped with all amenities, a refrigerator, dishwasher, nespresso machine with coffee and tea for the first days, milk frother, also there are some herbs and olive oil ready for you. Fresh herbs you can of course pick in the garden. The cottage has cable TV and free and fast internet. You can park your car on our own property. The cottage is located in a quiet rural area. At 5 min from Lake Grevelingen and 10 min from the North Sea beach with lots of recreation, cycling, hiking, surfing, sailing, diving and swimming. The village of Scharendijke has a supermarket, several restaurants and beach bars.

The cottage is located in Looperskapelle, a small village just outside Scharendijke in a rural setting near the Grevelingen and the beautiful North Sea beach. You can enjoy the beautiful surroundings and all the nice villages on Schouwen Duiveland. Westenschouwen is a fantastic nature reserve with beautiful high dunes where you can walk and is located near Burgh Haamstede. The beaches of Schouwen-Duiveland lend themselves to long walks where you can even see seals further out to sea and on the sandbanks. The seals also regularly venture onto the beach. From Looperskapelle the surroundings consist of the polders and dikes where you can cycle extensively to the various nature reserves, along the Oosterschelde and Grevelingen. The cozy beach village Renesse is 7km away. Also picturesque port towns like Brouwershaven and Zierikzee are well worth a visit and to get an impression of the history of Zeeland.
