The nature house is located in the wooded regional natural park Périgord-Limousin on the northern edge of the Dordogne department. The house is a two-minute walk from the Chateau Le Verdoyer campsite. Tenants may use the facilities of the campsite (including WIFI, swimming pool, tennis court, bike rental, restaurant) free of charge. You have the benefits, not the burdens of the campsite (and hear no campsite noise at the house). The nature house was built in 2007 and has a spacious living room / kitchen (approx 45 m2), 3 bedrooms (approx 13, 11 and 9 m2), a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet, there is also a separate toilet. The plot is 1500 m2, from the covered terrace overlooks one of the many lakes and fens in this area. Besides the covered terrace near the living room there are 2 more terraces and a large carport.

This part of the Dordogne is known as the Périgord Vert (the green Périgord).
