This vacation home has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 people, this is ideal for a family. It is on the Erica estate and is located next to a care farm. Quietly located in the countryside, near Barneveld. The cottage is on a large estate and is close to a forest, where you can follow beautiful hiking trails and bike paths. There are also many streams on the estate. In the vicinity of Barneveld there are many estates and farms to visit. Next to the house is a care farm where children can play and many animals are present. There is also a small farm store with fresh food. The cottage is mainly kept warm with a wood stove that needs to be lit upon arrival. There are also 2 separate heating stoves that provide extra warmth. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are all provided.

From the garden you have a nice view of the estate, where you can see deer running in the morning. In the living room and in the kitchen there is a stove to keep the house well warm. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, oven and Quooker. There is WiFi and TV in the house. This house is not rented to groups because of the peace and quiet.
