Our rustic wooden house is located at the edge of our property on an idyllic orchard. It is part of a large estate from the 16th century with a large garden. The farm has been in the family for many generations and is lovingly maintained and cared for. 110m² and two floors of our wooden house offer everything you need. Here you can spend your vacation with 2 or up to 7 people. On the first floor you will find the kitchen, a bathroom and a guest WC. You can also make yourself comfortable in the lovingly furnished living room with dining area. The bedrooms are located on the first and second floors and the centerpiece is of course the terrace with plenty of seating and a wonderful view of the garden. In the evening you can make yourself comfortable by the fireplace. Additional costs since 01.01.2023 we have to charge tourist tax 1,50 € per night and person

The wooden house and garden are located in Breitbrunn, approx. 2 km from Lake Chiemsee. There is a bakery in the immediate vicinity (approx. 3 minutes on foot) of the wooden house and in the village there is a restaurant with Bavarian specialties and one with vegetarian cuisine. All around the Chiemsee you will find very well-kept and well-maintained bathing beaches and various options for hiring (sailing) boats or SUP boards. In summer, you can look forward to typical local lake festivals. Hikers and cyclists also get their money's worth here. The nearest forest is approx. 1 km away or you can also go to the Kampenwand and day trips to the Herreninsel or Fraueninsel are also very popular. You can even reach Salzburg and Munich within an hour by car, so feel free to ask us for more tips and we look forward to hearing from you.
