It used to be an old chestnut dryer and has been completely renovated to provide comfort while maintaining the old charm. The hut is about 1000mt above sea level, accessible by Crossover or SUV type cars or otherwise minimally high off the ground, on a dirt road. In your stay you can enjoy access to our private beaches on the Taro River in the valley for a refreshing swim in the summer months.

The house is nestled in the beautiful chestnut forest of Molinatico, populated with typical fauna and flora. Hiking trails to the Cisa Pass and Mount Molinatico start from the house, and the roads are beautiful for getting around on foot and by mountain bike.The forest is rich in chestnuts and one of the most popular places in Italy for DOP porcini mushrooms. Various streams flow through the forest, and downstream our farm with private beaches on the Taro River will be available for a refreshing swim.
