The nature house is situated in a beautiful natural area in the Ardèche and is located in an old water mill dating back to 1727. The GÎte is on the ground floor and renovated while maintaining its authentic elements. There is a sleeping/sitting area, a spacious kitchen with a fridge/freezer, oven/microwave and 4 burners, a dining table with 3 chairs, a shower with sink and toilet. Outside you can sit in a private garden overlooking nature. In the sitting room there is a wood stove. At the back of our garden is a small stream where there is a lovely sitting area. You stay completely private in the gÎte with its own entrance and garden. Rob and Ineke live in another part of the mill. The house is in a peaceful, quiet natural setting from where you can make fine walks. The village of St Felicien is 8 minutes by car. You can cycle very nicely with E-Bikes and thus explore the area.

Nature in the area where the mill stands is beautiful. It therefore has much to offer the nature lover. There are beautiful hiking and mountain biking trails. In May there are thousands of flowers growing beautifully in the wild. The location is between two small villages. The village of St Felicien is an 8-minute drive away. Here there are small bakeries, a butcher, two supermarkets, restaurants and a cafe. There is a market on Fridays and Sundays where organic products are sold. Tournon sûr Rhone is a larger town half an hour away. Here are all kinds of nice stores. A steam train runs through the mountains. In Lamastre there is a nice market on Tuesday with many local products. This is about 40 minutes drive via a scenic route. The Ardèche is known for its delicious local products and authentic cuisine. There is a wide range of delicious organic products from the region and where they are rightly proud.
