Between Assen and Groningen is located in the beautiful Drenthe village of Yde our nature house. It is a wooden chalet built in 2017, very well insulated and energy neutral. Cool in summer and warm in winter. We live just outside the core of Yde on a small continuous quiet road. The nature house is on our property but offers enough privacy for our guests. Private terrace with sitting area and barbecue. It accommodates a total of 4 people. A fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, 2 burner induction hob and fridge. There are two bedrooms, the first with king size bed and the second with two single beds. From the end of April you can use the swimming pool. In our yard our chickens roam freely and if they lay enough eggs you can enjoy them. In the summer we also have a vegetable garden and tomatoes and our own greenhouse that we like to share with our guests. If desired, use our breakfast service a 12.50 p.p.p.d.

Delicious in the countryside with a pond behind the house and where the animals are part of our lives. From here you can make fantastic cycling and walking trips to eg the Drentse A. Of course you should not miss "the girl of Yde". Yde is centrally located between Assen and Groningen where you can store or go to the market. There are also many restaurants in the area where you can eat. In short, you can enjoy the peace and quiet and nature and not too far away there are many outings possible.
