ADULTS ONLY. This new vacation home is located in a rural setting, it is wonderfully quiet. Authentic on the outside, luxurious and modern on the inside. The house is sustainably built. The large windows in the living room offer a beautiful view of the large garden and golf course of Bergvliet estate. The living room is spacious, including a comfortable seating area, smart TV and floor heating. The open kitchen is fully equipped. A bedroom (extra long beds of 2.20m) and bathroom are located on the ground floor. The 2nd bedroom, also with its own bathroom, is on the 1st floor. Outside is a terrace overlooking nature and the golf course. Weather permitting, you can enjoy the peace and nature from your deck chair or relax in the HOTTUB (from July 2023). The owners live on site, however, you have plenty of privacy. Children are welcome from about 12 years of age.

Here you will find the best of 2 worlds: tranquility and wide views and the Burgundian city of Breda and the friendly village of Oosterhout nearby. From the garden you overlook the 18-hole golf course of the Bergvliet estate. There is also Europe's most sustainable wellness center Spa One. The area offers vast forests, moors and sand drifts and from the house you can play golf, mountain biking, hiking and cycling. Discover the Vrachelse Heide, the Oosterhout woods, the Open Linie and a little further away the Biesbosch and the Loonse and Drunense Dunes. Within walking distance are several good restaurants. There is plenty to experience for a weekend getaway or longer vacation.
