The kokhuus is an attractively converted bakhuisje with a double box bed and a double bed in the attic. Complete with toilet/shower, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle. Of course there is room to sit and eat your own fridge, coffee maker and kettle. We rent on the basis of Bed & Breakfast. We provide a full breakfast every morning. Cooking is not possible. Like our other nature house - the library - the kokhuus is part of a former farmyard, where we live and work. An organic vegetable garden with two small greenhouses, a mini-campsite with three spots and an activity and workshop space provide a casual atmosphere with like-minded people. The garden is a pleasant place where people, animals and plants are given space.

The Hof der Wonderen is located amidst the meadows a few hundred meters from the Regge (border river between Twente and Salland). Nijverdal and Hellendoorn are located 5 and 4 kilometers respectively. National Park the Salland Ridge and nature reserve the Wierdense Veld are close by. Walking, cycling and canoeing are possible in the immediate vicinity. Water, forests, heaths, small-scale farmland; we enjoy it every day and so do our guests.
