Our new barn house has combined old with new elements to create a stylish country home. In the rear part of the barn house is a spacious 55m2 accommodation, which is fully equipped. This spacious accommodation has on the ground floor a living room with open plan kitchen and bathroom with rain shower. A spiral staircase leads you to a spacious loft bedroom with a king-size bed. There is a cozy full kitchen with delicious coffee, a milk frother, refrigerator, vegetable steamer, toaster, combination microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a 4-burner induction stove. Coffee and tea are complimentary, as well as drinks in the refrigerator. Beds are made and towels are provided. You have your own entrance and doors to your private terrace.

The 2500m2 plot is surrounded by water and willows. The view extends over meadows with beautiful skies. Cabauw is located in the Green Heart, in the Lopikerwaard bordering the Krimperwaard and near the river Lek. It is ideally suited here for hikers, cyclists, rest and nature lovers seeking comfort. Cabauw a typical polder village, where the buildings are located on a dike with a canal with willows. Here we have endless opportunities for walking and cycling. There are also beautiful nature reserves nearby. Cabauw is literally in the middle of the Netherlands and therefore very central. From Cabauw you are in 30 minutes in Utrecht and Gouda, and is 20 minutes from Woerden located. Rotterdam is 40 minutes away, but you can also choose to do this by water bus. This also stops at the famous windmills of Kinderdijk and in Dordrecht.
