This nature house is a lovely detached two bedroom cottage for up to four guests. The spacious sitting room has a corner sofa, TV and dining table and has an air-source heat pump so you can be cool on hot summer days. There's a fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washing machine and dryer and a mezzanine work space with fast Wi-Fi. Outside there is a spacious patio with table and chairs and an umbrella. The views over the fields and woods guarantee peace, calm and tranquillity. There are two bedrooms, the first in the main building with a double bed, and the second in the adjoining building with a king-size bed, high ceilings and a view over the valley. There is a spacious car park, away from the cottages, and we offer use of our electric vehicle charging point to visitors. Guests are welcome to gather ripe vegetables and herbs from our raised beds and polytunnel and share the eggs from our four, free-range chickens. Our pool is open June to September from 8am to 9pm.

Situated on a ridge overlooking a green valley and surrounded by woodland, this nature house is a haven of peace and tranquillity. The nearest main road is at least 500m away meaning there is virtually no noise from what little traffic passes by. Our nearest neighbours are a similar distance away meaning this really is a haven of peace and tranquillity. The nearest town is Montmoreau, 13 km away, which has a supermarket, tabac and several restaurants and bars. One of France's most beautiful villages, Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, is only 15km away and has a lovely sandy beach on a bend in the river, as well as a lovely square surrounded by bars and restaurants. Just 23km away is the market town of Riberac with the largest weekly market in the area every Friday, selling local produce and gifts. There are many lovely walks nearby as well as swimming lakes and rivers.
