This wonderful house in this exceptional location fell into my hands a few years ago. Gradually, the idea of making it available to other people seeking relaxation matured. With great attention to detail and craftsmanship, it was rebuilt, enlarged and furnished in 2021/22. The cozy house is situated in a large vineyard, which offers enough space to relax on deckchairs from everyday life or to spend time with the family and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine.

Living in the middle of the vineyard with fine mountain bike routes and hiking trails, refreshment in the natural swimming pond just 2 km away and a visit to the numerous wineries or wine taverns in the immediate vicinity make a vacation in southern Burgenland a very special experience. Excursions to the castles of Schlaining and Güssing will delight the whole family.
