This newly renovated cottage is located on our finca rural of 4000m2. where tranquility and space are central. The casita adjoins an orchard with various fruit trees: oranges, grapefruit, tangerine, pomegranate, lemon, figs and much more. The casita consists of 1 large room and has a sliding door separating it from the bedroom. The casita has a fully equipped kitchen. The sitting area has a sofa bed. The windows have mosquito nets and shutters. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The casita is about 80 meters away from the main house so there is plenty of privacy. From the casita one overlooks the mountains around Abanilla. Centrally located on the property is the pool, here you can meet either one of us or our dog or 2 cats. By the pool is a covered sitting area where you can relax with a book or to eat. near the pool is also the laundry room where the washing machine and vacuum cleaner.

From the casita you overlook the mountains of Abanilla and there are plenty of hiking, biking, trail running and MTB opportunities. The villages of Abanilla and Fortuna are 6 km away. Fortuna is a lively village with all facilities such as supermarkets, bars and there is a large market every Saturday. Within walking distance are two restaurants. The beautiful Sierra de La Pila is about 12 km from the casita. Here are plenty of hiking and biking routes. In nearby Pinosso there are several Bodega wineries to visit. Alicante airport is about 45 minutes away by car. Pick-up and delivery to the airport is a possibility.
