In the heart of the Ibie valley, between Villeneuve de Berg and St Maurice d'Ibie, our gîte welcomes lovers of history, nature and good bread: a stone building dating from the 16th century, one hectare of pairie with private access to the river, forest as far as the eye can see. Chicken coop, aviary, sheep, games for children, ridge path. Ideal for a couple with 1 or 2 children, the gîte comprises two separate rooms: on the ground floor, a superb vaulted room houses the kitchen and sleeping area; this 40 m2 studio is always cool thanks to the thickness of the walls. It opens onto a lush terrace, shaded by a plane tree and equipped with a table and barbecue. Access to the bathroom with shower and dry toilet is from the outside. We live on the upper floor, and our bakery is on the property. You can order our wood-fired organic sourdough bread, as well as goat's cheese and organic wine from our neighbors.

We are : 15 minutes from Le trou de la Lune and Vogüe, 20 minutes from Alba-la-Romaine, 30 minutes from Montélimar, Vallon-Pont-d'Arc and Valls-les-bains, 40 minutes from the Chauvet cave. Horseback riding, kayaking, caving, swimming, visits to medieval villages: all these activities are nearby. Please note! Staying with us requires an intrepid spirit: fording to reach the house, poor network coverage, dry toilets, rooster crowing as soon as potron minet, sheep bells in the background, Saint Bernard as doorbell and spiders in the nooks and crannies... if this list doesn't scare you, don't wait any longer, come and put your feet up!
