Our Tiny house is built on farmers' land. This little eco-designed house, completely self-sufficient, will be the perfect pied-à-terre for visiting the region or simply doing nothing. Here, at P'tit clos Normand, François-Xavier - a producer like no other - juggles tradition and modernity to keep Normandy's terroir alive. He produces cider, calva arrangé, mustard and rears beef cattle. The P'tit Clos Normand farm is nestled in a small village in the hills above the Seine in the Pays de Caux. François-Xavier is a passionate breeder of Normande cattle, which he feeds with the farm's own cider. The cattle are also lucky enough to listen to classical music! This helps to make the meat particularly tender. A meat of character that Parisian and Norman tables are snapping up: Bœuf Cidré. Together with a friend from the restaurant trade, he makes an old-fashioned Normandy mustard and produces all the ingredients needed to make it, as well as cider from apples grown in the orchard.
