The modern first floor apartment with terrace and separate entrance extends over approx. 70 m² and is suitable for up to 5 people. Enjoy the wonderful view, either from the living/dining area or from the terrace. The apartment includes a bathroom and a guest WC. There is also an equipped branded kitchen with 2 coffee machines, a toaster, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. There are toys and books available. Children aged 5 and over must be declared as a person. Children under the age of 5 do not have to be listed as a person - they stay with us free of charge. Our country house is located at an altitude of 900 m in Schindelberg - the small but beautiful part of Oberstaufen - in one of the most beautiful vacation regions in Bavaria - in the middle of the German-Austrian Nagelfluhkette Nature Park. Always included for your entire stay: The Oberstaufen Plus Card - our guests enjoy the most important attractions in the area at no extra cost - mountain railroads, ski passes for the entire region, Ebike depending on the length of stay min. In winter you can reach the entire ski area from the house with the in-house ski feeder lift and return via a beautiful forest route - you can save yourself the trouble of driving. Several hiking trails start directly at the house and lead you, for example, to the Dreiländerblick. There are shopping facilities and restaurants in Schindelberg, but also in Steibis (2 km) or very numerous in Oberstaufen (6 km).
