The family country house is from 1900 and has its own electric gate with driveway. The house has five bedrooms, all with two beds. They are clean rooms furnished with universal cotton quilts. In addition to the five bedrooms, the house has a dining room, a TV room, two bathrooms, a spacious hall with a foosball table, a complete and modern kitchen and, of course, a wine cellar. The climate is mild in the Jura. We therefore live there as much as possible outside on the veranda or in the garden for eating and drinking. If weather conditions do not allow this, we move to the spacious dining room with a large dining table. On the veranda we sit under the plane trees and look out over the spacious garden and pool. Even nicer is to dive into the pool after a nice Burgundy. During the evening, we watch the sun sink behind the hills overlooking Les Roches des Cretes. In the morning it is wonderful to wake up to the birds.

The area has peace and quiet and within walking distance there is a new supermarket with all amenities in the village of Ceyzeriat. There are several bakeries, restaurants and there is an organic store from local farmers. The town of Bourg en Bresse is 8 km away and has even more amenities to offer such as a large swimming pool, golf course, cinema and museums. In Bourg en Bresse is the Monastere de Brou which is really recommended. Lyon and Geneva are within 1 hour distance, and the river l'Ain also has plenty to offer in terms of water sports such as canoeing. There is a climbing park nearby and the area is beautiful for cycling. You can rent electric bikes at the station, and on road bikes you can spend days cycling through the hills or take on a challenge by taking the Col de Berthiand to Natua or Cizes Bolozon with the double Roman bridge over river l' Ain. There are delicious restaurants in the area like Voyage des Sence and old villages in like Perouges. Lots to do!
