In the woods v / h Drents-Friese Wold is our 8-12 person apartment. The unprecedented location gives you the ultimate vacation feeling. In the apartment there are 4 bedrooms. There are two 2-bedroom, the other is for 2 - 4 persons, suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. In the living area is the dining table, TV and kitchen with appliances. In the building on the ground floor is the wellness area with sauna and jacuzzi. For a fee you can use this. Breakfast, lunch or dinner (for a fee) is possible in our adjoining restaurant. Car charging is possible on own P. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. The staircase has a stair gate at the top. In our accommodation there are 3 other rooms/apartments. Would you, in the summer, also want to use the roof terrace, that is possible in consultation. In principle, this is a shared (group) space but you can also book it (for a fee) for private use.

The environment and location is fantastic. You take 500 steps and you are at the highest point of Friesland, The Bosberg Tower and you have beautiful far sight. Cycling through nature or to the outdoor pool. The Drents-Friese Wold with its hiking trails, bike paths and beautiful mountain bike routes. You can walk straight into the woods, climb the Bosberg Tower, do activities through De Jongens van Outdoor, enter the Klimbos or drive to the Zoo in Emmen. The Sand Plain and De Kale Duinen is beautiful for hiking and the paved path around the Bosberg is a suitable short children's walk. Museum visits are also around the corner, the Prison Museum, De Koloniehof, Miramar Sea Museum or the Drents Museum. In Appelscha there is an outdoor swimming pool and in Oosterwolde and Smilde an indoor pool. Tennis courts are within walking distance as well as bicycle rental or riding stables for an afternoon of horseback riding. The very best fresh Gea's apple pie, a delicious lunch or your dinner can be eaten at a nearby restaurant.
