Beautiful vacation home on the commune of Claudon with 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Comfortable living area with open kitchen with all necessary built-in appliances such as oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob and spacious fridge with 2 freezer drawers. The whole house on the first floor has underfloor heating for comfortable warmth during the winter months with additional heating in the bathrooms. Beautiful spacious unfenced garden with open views, equipped with outdoor table with chairs and deckchairs. You can also use the private garden. Here's the 5m swimming pool (June to October) and ping-pong table. There's also a private pond with fish (carp), the chicken pen, a vegetable garden for beginners ;-) and horses in the adjacent meadow. We live in the old farmhouse and are often on hand to answer questions or provide help if needed. We love living here

It's fantastic to walk from the vacation home in the commune of Claudon. The immediate vicinity offers a wide range of hiking and cycling trails through forests, fields and small villages. There are various walking and cycling maps in the house, and the hilly surroundings always guarantee superb views. It's a little further away for shops, but in the neighboring commune of Montureux sur Saône we have a bakery and a small supermarket. Vittel is a 30-minute drive away, where other activities are often organized.
