Peace and nature seekers beware! Gîte Chez Elisabeth is located directly on the beautiful Lac de Chaumeçon in the natural park the Morvan in Burgundy in central France. Tranquility and space are guaranteed! From the spacious and fully fenced garden you can walk into the lake where you can swim or fish. There is no shortage of hiking trails, they also start from your vacation home. Your vacation home is fully furnished with a cozy living and dining room, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds which you can easily put together. On the balcony overlooking the beautiful garden and the lake are relaxing chairs so you can sit. On the ground floor is a large and fully equipped living and dining kitchen. You can park on the spacious property behind your vacation home. We recommend you to come with a not too low car, because the last road to the vacation house is a bumpy and unpaved road.

You will celebrate your vacation in a Nature House located directly on the swimming lake Lac de Chaumeçon. Forests, meadows and lakes abound in the Morvan. It is wonderfully quiet here and nature is beautiful! The village of Brassy is 5 minutes away by car, you will find everything you need. a small supermarket, restaurants, bar, a weekly organic farmers market, a post office and gas station. Larger towns with more amenities are 15 to 30 minutes away by car.
