We are pleased to be able to offer you this comfortable accommodation as a base for your vacation. The vacation apartment with 2 rooms, kitchen, daylight bathroom and terrace is located on the first floor. You live quietly in the 1200 square meter fenced garden with a beautiful view. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and dining area with TV. The bedroom has a 200 cm wide king-size bed. In the living room, the sturdy sofa bed (140 cm wide) offers two additional sleeping places, so that the apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Please note the room height as shown in the photos. A total of 2 TV sets, a radio and free WLAN provide for your entertainment. A barbecue is available for our guests in the garden.

The unique location of our estate offers a wide range of vacation activities. Rural idyll and relaxing nature meet sporting activity and the special shopping experience. You can draw energy from the tranquillity of the extensive natural landscapes, visit the surrounding bathing lakes, start one of the many signposted cycling and hiking tours directly from the house or stroll through the Montabaur Fashion Outlet Center. There are numerous other experiences in the surrounding area waiting to be explored by you. The nearest grocery store with pharmacy and ATM is about 2.4 km away. Discounters, supermarkets and other stores can be reached by car in about 7 minutes. It is only about 10 minutes by car from the A3 (Montabaur exit) via the well-developed B255 and B8 to your vacation home with us. The ICE train station in Montabaur is ideal for traveling by train. You are welcome to use our free transfer service from the station to your accommodation.
