In our Granary we have a lovely spacious apartment for three people available as guest accommodation. This accommodation is excellent for a family with one child or for three good friends. It is possible to expand with the sofa bed for two persons, but then it is a bit less spacious. The room is on the first floor and you get here by a spiral staircase. It is a cozy and attractively decorated space has a spacious kitchen and place to sit all together at the breakfast/dining table. You can also wash and dry in the residence. And there is television in both the living room and bedroom, a place to work and read and a nice couch to relax. Our residence is a wonderful place to unwind or from this place to visit nearby cities like Utrecht or Amsterdam as a tourist.

The area We are happy to share our tips and hidden gems with you when you stay with us. A preview: Our village of Schalkwijk attracts creative entrepreneurs of all kinds. Therefore, we are lucky to have a restaurant, where the chef really knows how to surprise his guests with new creations. The menu therefore includes different dishes from those found in the usual restaurants. By the way, the building itself is from 1788, which will be eye-candy throughout your meal anyway. And beer lovers will enjoy the choice of 20 different varieties. In the village of Schalkwijk, you can go to snack bar "Pand Friet" for the typical Dutch "fries" or a hamburger. Simple meals of good quality that will make both children and adults happy.
