NEW as of April 2024. This cozy cottage is located in the yard of our residential farm. It is a beautiful place in the outskirts of Zutphen to dream away, looking over meadows and cornfields. In the yard is a private place to sit outside or in the fruit orchard to enjoy the peace, space and nature. The 50m2 cottage has on the ground floor a living room with kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and separate toilet. The small bedroom on the floor is available from June 1. In 2023, this former stable has been converted into a vacation home while preserving historical elements. With underfloor heating and heat pump, the cottage is heated and cooled. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with induction cooktop, a dishwasher, combination microwave and fridge and freezer. Parking is available on private property, for bikes there is a shed with charging point. Wifi, internet and cleaning, clean towels and bedding are included in the price.

The nature house is in a perfect location on the outskirts of Zutphen. A wonderful base for exploring the Achterhoek, hiking and cycling or for visiting the medieval Hanseatic city of Zutphen. In the vicinity are many hiking and cycling routes. The Klompenpad Leestensche Broekpad runs along the nature house, a route through farmland and IJssel. Castle Hackfort in Vorden is 5.5 kilometers away, the beginning the eight castles cycling route. In recent years, the yard has been enriched with the planting of a bird forest, bee hedge and bee grove. With local plantings, we make a valuable contribution to strengthening biodiversity and the ecosystem. In 2022 we planted ten special historical fruit trees in our orchard to preserve specific old Achterhoek varieties. The place has a rich history and was already known as De Holsterkamp as a medieval field complex.
