In our newly renovated detached house you will find enough space for your family vacation or a vacation with friends. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped new fitted kitchen, a dining room, a cozy living room and a bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor our guests will find 3 double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower. Through the rear exit you enter the small conservatory, which gives you the opportunity to sit in the garden even when the weather is not so nice. From here you can access the spacious garden with its mature trees via a staircase. Our house has been completely renovated to make it energy efficient and has central hot air heating and an additional pellet stove in the dining room. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the cellar. There is the possibility for 2 more guests to stay overnight in the attic. Dogs on request. Bicycle storage is available in the garden.

The country holiday home is nestled at around 480 meters above sea level in the middle of nature in the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park region in the municipality of Rascheid in Rhineland-Palatinate. The Königsfeld Dream Loop starts in the village and is approx. 12 km long. It runs along meadows, streams and forests and offers wonderful views over the Hunsrück. In the immediate vicinity you will find many other Dream Loops, the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park and the cities of Trier, Luxembourg, Metz and Saarbrücken.
