A beautiful house formerly used as a toll house where boats had to pay toll. It is located right on the river Lot, a true (fishing) paradise. A unique place with a large garden with seating on 3 sides. A fantastic large terrace with fully equipped kitchen. A base for cyclists and walkers plus an oasis of calm. Inside there is a cozy living room, which continues into the kitchen where everything is available. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms. The large bedroom has a double bed, private bathroom and separate toilet, also balcony with access to the garden. The small bedroom has 2 single beds with its own bathroom/toilet. On the ground floor is also a separate toilet. An oasis of calm without neighbors on a cul-de-sac.

The Lot et Garonne has beautiful surroundings, rolling, green and lots to see. Short distance small beautiful villages and some places where everything is available. Our cottage is located in the green on the 160 meter wide Lot River, said to be one of the most beautiful rivers in France. A base for cyclists and walkers, many cycling and walking routes are available on map. We also have electric bicycles for rent. There are 2 jetties especially for anglers looking for large carp, catfish and many other species of fish. Night fishing is allowed from the jetty.
